Whenever you join 3 troops together into a Fusion, you end up with a troop that is stronger than each of the previous ones, but not exactly 3 times stronger.

Generally, Fusion stats are:

3.50x Hit Points (+250%)
2.05x Damage (+105%)

Healing effects are usually increased more than damage.
